Swat, Malakand Operation
200 more militants killed
Training HQs destroyed; Thousands more flee during curfew ease

Peshawar—The security forces said on Sunday that up to 85 insurgents or the Taliban have been killed in Swat and Mohmand Agency. The military sources also said that as the operation against the miscreants in Malakand division continued, the forces could manage to gun down between 180 to 200 militants in Swat and Shangla districts during the last 24 hours. However the claim has been rejected by the militants.

26 militants killed in Mohmand operation

Ghalanai—At least 26 militants were killed, fourteen other sustained injuries during a clash between security forces and Taliban militants in Mohmanad Agency on Sunday. According to the Frontier Constabulary sources, as many as 26 miscreants were killed and 14 others injured in various skirmishes occurred at Tehsil Anbar, Hadkor and other areas.
